Jim attended Eastern Michigan University for Pre-Law studies before entering the investment world. He co-founded FIAI in 1984 and has maintained certification as an Investment Advisors Certified Compliance Professional from National Regulatory Services since 2006. He passed the Investment Advisers Series 65 in July 2010. He is also is a member of the Investment Committee and offers financial planning, life insurance and annuity investments.
Jim lives in Brownstown with his wife where they enjoy time spent with their children, grandchildren and church family. He is also committed to involvement with community outreach programs and is an active member of the Dearborn Fairlane Sunrise Rotary.
Joe graduated with a BS in Pharmacy from Wayne State University in 1977. He co-founded FIAI in 1984 and passed the Investment Advisers Series 65 in July 2010. He is also a member of the Investment Committee and offers financial planning as part of advising services.
Joe lives in Farmington Hills with his wife where they have raised 4 children and enjoy time spent with their grandchildren. He also enjoys travel, golf and volunteer work.
Sarah received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Andrews University and joined FIAI in May 2007. She takes great pride in providing prompt caring service to our clients and being an advocate for improving the client experience at FIAI. In addition to handling operations and client communications, she also performs all accounting related tasks and the majority of compliance and investment portfolio testing.
Sarah lives in Waterford with her husband, son, and their rescue terrier. In her spare time she enjoys running, cooking, being outdoors, and hours spent researching random facts.

Reznor's talents lie in amateur agility competition and professional companionship. He joined the FIAI team in 2016 on a part-time basis and brings extra smiles, laughter, and goodwill to the office. He enjoys running with his humans, ridding the world of squirrels, and respectfully begging for bacon.
